1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by Fidelity Resolve Center ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure Statement.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, 2FA devices, and for all activities that occur under your client portal.
3. Nature of Investment Services
The platform offers access to digital asset management and structured investment strategies. All investment yields are variable and depend on underlying market dynamics, network conditions, and protocol performance. We do not guarantee capital preservation or returns.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and AML screening. We reserve the right to request additional KYC documentation or delay transactions that trigger automated fraud or sanctions alerts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fidelity Resolve Center and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from market volatility, blockchain network congestion, or user negligence.
